Can you list the more specific ingredients to your recipes? Like mixed herbs - what herbs? What brand of beef stock cube? If we can’t find a “beef stock cube”, how much beef stock is a cube made up of? 10g? Philadelphia Garlic and Herb what? Cream cheese? Whipped cream cheese? What single cream alternative did you use? Half and Half? Coconut Milk? Everyone can make adjustments to recipes, but it would help to know exactly what a recipe is made up of, so we can more effectively recreate it without having to do 30+ mins of research on what some of these general ingredients are/mean.

Hey Erika! Happy to answer your questions. Mixed herbs is a seasoning you can buy from supermarkets that is pre-mixed with an array of herbs, so look out for ‘mixed herbs’ by the other herbs. I don’t put brand names as people shop at different supermarkets, so I don’t want to be too specific to make it easier for people. Also If a recipe isn’t specific like ‘Beef stock cube’ then any beef stock cube can be used and if it doesn’t say to mix with an amount of grams of water; then the stock cube is all you need 🥰 A few specifics to help you: Philadelphia is a name of a brand of cream cheese, single cream alternative would me Elmlea but if you’ve got dietary requirements, you’d have more knowledge on what other alternatives to pick. I made sure my recipes are easy to make and basic ingredients you can buy anywhere for ease. I’m assuming by these questions your not based in the UK so let me know if you get stuck and I’ll help as best I can 🫶
