Ingredients: 250 g Chicken breast; 2 tspn Bbq seasoning; 4 tbsp Bbq sauce; 50 g Flatbread; Salt; Pepper; 1/2 tspn Paprika; Cherry tomatoes; Cucumber; Red onion; 50 g Avocado; Rocket

Sticky bbq chicken on skewers and cooked in the air fryer until charred and full of flavour. Served with whatever salad you've got lying around in your fridge! I had rocket, avocado, cucumber and tomato with fresh basil. I then served it with some crispy homemade tortilla chips made from flatbreads.
