July - Week 3 Meal Plan
Welcome to your meal plan for the third week in July! 34C heatwave was NOT fun in the kitchen so I've got 3 new recipes to share with you this week, all great for meal prep and perfect lighter dinners in this heat!!! ๐ฎโ๐จ First up is hot honey cajun chicken on top of crispy cubed potatoes made in the air fryer. Second recipe is peri seasoned steak with a homemade perinaise to drizzle over, on top of Mexican rice and charred sweetcorn. Last but not least is a folded wrap, with chicken, bacon, ranch and cheese which is great for lunch or dinner with a few cheeky fries! I hope you love the recipes x
Chicken & bacon ranch folded wrap
Folded wraps are a game changer and a nice change from your standard wraps. Stuff them with whatever you fancy - I chose grilled chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing and cheese!
