July - Week 3 Meal Plan

Welcome to your meal plan for the third week in July! 34C heatwave was NOT fun in the kitchen so I've got 3 new recipes to share with you this week, all great for meal prep and perfect lighter dinners in this heat!!! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ First up is hot honey cajun chicken on top of crispy cubed potatoes made in the air fryer. Second recipe is peri seasoned steak with a homemade perinaise to drizzle over, on top of Mexican rice and charred sweetcorn. Last but not least is a folded wrap, with chicken, bacon, ranch and cheese which is great for lunch or dinner with a few cheeky fries! I hope you love the recipes x

Folded wraps are a game changer and a nice change from your standard wraps. Stuff them with whatever you fancy - I chose grilled chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing and cheese!
