June - Week 4 Meal Plan

Welcome to your meal plan for the last week in June! This week is all about meal prep and recipes to eat when its hot! Mexican chicken pasta salad with crispy homemade tortilla strips for a texture sensation and the most moorish salad dressing (I could probably drink!!). Taco beef salad and loaded nachos, perfect for movie night and prepping in advance with all the Mexican toppings you crave. The cheesiest folded flatbread recipe with peri peri flavours, which you could add the filling into just about anything (think tacos, toast, on top of a JP!). The chicken katsu isn't so much a summer dish but I had to share it as I worked with M&S to make this recipe and it tasted too banging not to share!! I hope you enjoy the recipes x
